With the help of his wife Ximena and the enthusiasm of his daughter Agustina and his son Nicolás, now almost teenagers, and Santos, the recent new member of the family, he began the tough work of making a dream come true.

This was not an easy task.

Access had to be improved, inner roads had to be built, electricity and telephone lines had to be brought, water had to be found, houses and complementary buildings as well as the fence and corrals had to be built; with all the difficulties that such enterprise meant, due to the isolation of the place and the self-imposed condition that nothing could interfere with the surroundings or the wild nature of the site.
